Do you want to know what you can do for yourself today?
Write a letter to yourself listing all those things you would do for yourself if you had a magic wand. Then write a letter for all those things you are grateful for. Then write a letter of all those things you would let go of if you had a magic wand. Then write a letter thanking yourself for all you are and all you have done ending with: I love and accept myself just as I am.
